"The staff is amazing from the front desk to the house keeping to the lifeguards at the pool. The hospitality was fantastic. "Everything went well staff was excellent. Although it took the Ikena restaurant to so long to get our pancakes from the kitchen we left without having breakfast. Also connecting to the cable on the TV was very problematic. Dining at the Olivine was sublime :)"

"Very family friendly! We loved being able to walk to beach and explore or hang out by one many different pools. Service was overall pretty great with exception of one breakfast server. Didn’t distract from a fabulous time on the property! P.S. We loved the Ohana Lounge for our last day. After we checked out we could hang out by the pool and had a place to shower before driving to airport for a red-eye flight. "

"We just had our first ever Hawaiian vacation at this resort. The resort was clean and the grounds were nice. The only con was no a/c but a great breeze blows through pretty frequently. A note to mention: a longer term tenant in building C third story has a real problem with kids swimming and being in the common area . Two different days the lady came out and and yelled at the kids for being in the common area before 8 and then again the next morning for an adult not being in the pool with them....

"The only thing I didn't like is they would allow us to check in early. We can from another condo and they wouldn't let us check in before 4pm. They should move up the check in time. The parking was hard at night and only parking is on third level. Just minor things to improve the stay."

"This hotel is a total gem. It's a rare adults-only property in Hawaii, and the amenities are everything you need, nothing you don't.
