Before arriving, we received a text mentioning the possibility of early check-in. However, when we got there, we were not allowed to check in early and no clear explanation was provided, which was frustrating after being told it might be available.
We also had issues with the TV remote in our room. It worked inconsistently turning the TV on and off randomly which made it very frustrating to relax and enjoy our stay.
Another concerning issue was the elevator. At one point, all of the floor buttons were lit up as if it were stopping at every floor. This honestly made us feel uneasy and unsafe.
Additionally, when I mentioned that the mirror in our room was very dirty, I was handed cleaning solution and a towel and asked if I could clean it myself. I did not feel that this was appropriate, as basic cleanliness should be handled by hotel staff.
Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and expected better service and maintenance but the front desk was friendly and nice
