Overall, I had a decent stay, but there were a few things that stood out. The first-floor pool area is really nice and probably one of the highlights of the property. However, the building itself feels a bit outdated. It looks like they’ve tried to refresh it with paint, but you can still see scuffs and wear throughout.
The beds were very comfortable, which I appreciated, but housekeeping could use some improvement. When I grabbed a towel to wash my face, it had hair all over it, which was honestly off-putting. I didn’t end up complaining, but it’s something that should definitely be addressed.
The rooms could also use some upgrades—specifically full-length mirrors and better lighting. Those small details would make a big difference in the overall experience.
The coffee bar was a bit underwhelming, especially if you’re someone who enjoys a good coffee setup. There’s a cute clothing shop next to it, which I liked, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size.
The location was fine—just a little farther than I typically prefer, but still walking distance from a lot of places.
I will say, the concierge staff were really nice and helpful, which made a positive impression and helped balance out some of the downsides.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but with a few improvements, it could be much better.
