"Came here thinking I’d get a relaxing weekend but oh no!! 1. Family reunion 2. Softball team 3. Baseball team 4. Transient housing All these people and no accommodations. Not enough breakfast food, not enough reception food. No towels, no access to the pool, no blankets for pull out sofa. The family reunion did until 1am!! Just sad. Horrible"

"Staff was amazingly nice and friendly. My room was clean, except for the refrigerator was not wiped out. I really wish they would do some sort of a quick pick up for breakfast for the nurses that have to be to UAB early in the morning. Parking was great."

"The hotel is in a great location off of I-65 in Birmingham. It's a beautiful area and the hotel has been renovated. I'm glad there is no longer nasty carpeting on the floors. The staff moved us promptly to another room when I called the front desk to report that our TV wasn't working after we had checked in. My husband and I would definitely stay there again!"

"The only convenience of this hotel is the location to the Legacy Area. Everything else is basic. Upon arrival I was told that the room I booked had been given away and was given a double queen room instead of the king. This was annoying because I don’t want to go to a hotel and sleep in a bed smaller than the one I have at home. Also my spouse is 6”6.
