"The staff were immensley helpful prior to my arrival and when I arrived a on a wet miserable evening. My room was upgraded and my dinner reservation brought forward.
My second time at the hotel and hopefully there will be more.
The food in the restaurant : my meal was very good as it was the time before. I had been looking forard to it all day!"

"The room was exceptional - very clean, everything was flash and modern. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. A female staff member at the front desk and breakfast female staff member were not as friendly. I dealt with the two of them and I felt like I was an inconvenience. The shuttle driver, the front desk male of Asian appearance and another staff member of Caucasian appearance were super friendly."

"This hotel is ok if you need a night stay to go to the airport. The room was ver small for 5 people and outdated. They were very acomodating when we returned our rental as they picked us up and took us back to the hotel and dropped us off the next day to the terminal.
Overal our stay was comfortable."

"Hotel is conveniently close to Southern Cross station. The current breakfast area doesn't work very well and staff in that area were not very helpful and clearing up after earlier diners appeared to be a low priority"
