"Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard advertised. The first room we were given had a window that wouldn’t close, a stained blanket, and a dirty floor. After reporting this, we were moved to another floor, but the corridors smelled strongly of cigarettes. ..."
