Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. "The room was acceptable although there was no air conditioning. The temperature outside was in the mid 30's, there were builders working in the room directly above our room with constant crashing and banging, one afternoon the hot water was turned off. Upon our late arrival at the apartment at 11am, due to a flight cancelation, beyond our control which had caused us to spend over 20 hours overnight at two airports, the front office woman greeted us with distain and told us our room would not be...
