"Cleaning services were spotty. Front desk is hit or miss. Stayed in 2 separate rooms. Asked front desk if we could split the room charges between 2 credit cards. Was told absolutely. On the morning of check out they placed both rooms on my card 2 hours prior to check out. They were not willing to correct. Several of the front desk people are not friendly or helpful."

"The young man at check in (5/22/26 - I forgot his name) was kind, professional, and very helpful! Overall, the hotel was clean, well-maintained from what I could see, and I enjoyed my time there. I wish the coffee makers had Splenda as sweetener options, rather than the saccharin-based sweetener (pink packet). French toast breakfast was fantastic!"

"There was a gas leak that was said to be “chlorine”. I guess that was fine. Fire department came by and cleared everything. There was loud knocking on the door at night and screaming scaring my girlfriend and I. The halls smelt like cannabis and it was not a very “safe” feeling environment. We had to leave to another hotel as we did not feel safe sleeping there for the night. Please look elsewhere for your stays."

"I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. The hotel had run out of drinking water entirely. No bottled water was available anywhere. I have honestly never experienced a hotel being unable to provide...

"The hotel was lovely, and the rooms were comfortable. Outside the hotel, for several hours a night, cars drove by with modified mufflers, revving their engines and playing loud, reverberating music. It was so disruptive to any sense of peace and quiet, especially between the hours of 10 PM and 2 AM. Really nice place, but will not return due to the street activity and noise."

"The rooms are nice and clean. Came back from a long day and saw the room looked as clean and tidy as the first day we showed up. The pool was nice and the kids had fun. Breakfast was really good and the employees in that section kept it running. Such as when the food tray was empty they replaced it quickly. Maintenance needs to be better as the hallway had a leak and painters tape all over the place. Other than that the staff was great and stay was just a nice. Will definitely stay here again."
