The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. "An overnight stay pre-flight in a lovely hotel. The staff were really warm and helpful on arrival and throughout. My room was upgraded - the bed was massive and comfortable if you like a firm mattress. The food in the bar was lovely-the crispy duck salad was delicious!!
