"We had a wonderful stay at Danubius Hotel Helia in Budapest with my family last week. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable. We loved the relaxing atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and great facilities. It was also a convenient place to stay while exploring Budapest. Overall, we had a great family experience and would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Budapest!"

"We stayed there from July 30th to the 3rd August. We are very happy with the service and staffs. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and cleaners very polite and helpful. Rooms were very neat and tidy. Overall very happy 😊"

"The hotel is located on Margaret Island offering an escape from the city. The property was well maintained. During our stay, I noticed a tile dislodged in one of the Thermal pools. I highlighted this to staff. During the evening, the pool was emptied, the whole area around the dislodged tile was re-tiled, cleaned and refilled by 9am the next morning. Excellent service. The food in the hotel was of good quality and reasonably priced. Spa and outdoor pool were great, however later in the day can get busy. If you go at opening, it’s possible to have the spa area to yourself. Only a few negatives, bottled water isn’t replenished each day, it’s just complimentary on arrival. Tea bags not replenished everyday, however, I’m sure if you ask, they will do this with pleasure. Overall nice stay."
