"I found this property to be lovely spot to stay with lovely design and very convenient. The food was okay, not great for the cost with breakfast buffet being mostly cold (as in eggs, bacon, pancakes). To be honest I found most of the staff to be unfriendly bordering on almost rude, it was always as though you were an unwelcomed inconvenience."

Bout St. Maurice is a ski town in the winter and a hiking/ biking town in the summer.My wife says this is one of the best areas we have ever seen and thinks the motel is the best as well. "The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

"L'hôtel a bénéficié d'une renovation réussie, avec des finitions et des matériaux de qualité. En revanche, la politique de ménage limitée à une intervention tous les 3 jours interroge sur le plan de l'hygiène, surtout pour les séjours de plusieurs nuits. Par illeurs, bien que la rénovation fût nécessaire, il est regrettable que certains éléments patrimoniaux n'aient pas été préservés : le piano réduit à une banquette d'accueil ou encore de splendides tableaux remplacés par de simples affiches....
