"Could not check in for my reservation because the office was closed for the weekend. Listed number and email for contact didn't work either. Just booked a different hotel."

"We love the location, very helpful, quick response"

"Please stay away from this property! They take your damage deposit and then claim you’ve damaged something in their apartment (which there’s many things wrong) then they’ll say you did it, and not refund your money. You speak to woman in some other country with roosters crowing and other load noises going on. Plus they don’t know much English, except for I’m sorry and will get back with you. After 6 weeks of trying to explain this, I got frustrated and told them to keep my $212!! Rip off artists...

"The condo was as advertised, affordable, and just we needed for a week in Atlanta. It is an older building, but everything seemed to be kept up. "Location for work was great"

"Incredibly responsive staff and the virtual desk was very helpful. The property was perfect for our music festival event."

"They over booked and we were left with no room in the downtown area. We booked a room in November so pretty far in advance for February. We were offered a room in Smokey Mountain but it was too far. The subway didn't even go that far. Thanks to customer service rep at Hotels.com who found us a alternative room right away. "
