"Very dirty hotel. There were crumbs all over the floor in our room the night we checked in. I talked to staff and they sent someone to vacuum, but even then I didn't feel comfortable walking around in there without socks on, and when my socks started turning black I put my shoes back on too. The room stunk. The furniture was terribly stained, the walls had handprints on them. We were in the whirlpool suite but the jets looked so dirty I didn't even bother. "To move the review to a 5 there are three opportunities: 1. Breakfast is served between 9:00 - 9:30 am without exception. 2. We were notified the morning of our arrival that there is only street/public parking. An unwelcomed surprise. Very inconvenient for a resort community. 3. There was no room freshening. We had to request fresh towels and the waste baskets were full after our two night stay."
