"The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC. It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant. Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee. This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment."

"It's a difficult to comment since I didn't say anything while at the property ...but I had a long day, we checked in at almost 9p. The front door was out of alignment and could not be locked from inside. The tv did not work--a huge negative for me--neither did the remote control. Breakfast was minimal."

"The location is amazing because you’re 4 minutes away from everything. The parking lot was efficient and the hotel was clean. The only drawback was that the laundry machine only accepted quarters and there is no machine to convert bills."

"$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre....

"This was the first time I ever stayed on the first floor of a hotel and it was a bit noisy. I heard all kinds of bumps during the night. I will remember to make sure I don’t get a room on the first floor in the future."

"The room was horrible. We switched to a different room we split the first night and wake up to take shower to no hot water. We called the front desk and their option was to switch rooms again. We get to the other room it wasn’t bad. The first room was straight out of a 70s horror show. The second room was unfinished with no hot water. They are working to update the building but why book a room that’s not finished. The entire trip felt like hopping rooms. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this...
