"Unhelpful receptionist, barely a hello. The next day when we came in literally no eye contact and no greeting. Booked for 2 adults and 2 children, sofa bed not made and had to make it ourselves. We didn’t check in late - it was 23:45. Exceptionally, exceptionally hot. An electric fan in room, as advertised, but I cannot describe how uncomfortably hot this room was."

"Je me suis demandée si le ménage avait été fait depuis le dernier locataire. En effet, il y avait 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pratiquement vides, le gel douche dans la douche vide. Nous étions 4 personnes et le canapé lit n'était pas déplié. La couette et les oreillers étaient sous le canapé dans une sorte de tiroir mais non fermé. Avaient-ils été lavés? Matelas du canapé lit trop fin: on sentait tous les ressorts et les barres du sommier! Nous avions l'impression que la douche n'avait pas...

"Mon séjour à l'appart city Vélizy s'est très bien déroulé. L'appartement était propre et spacieux. L'appart hotel est bien situé à proximité de la forêt de Meudon, du centre commercial Vélizy 2. "Odd check in process. Took a little bit to figure out where to go and eventually found the office but there was no staff present. Stood in the hallway with another pair of guests and about 10 minutes later staff came back to handle check in. Observed a frustrated interaction with the guests in front of me about mis representation of parking on site. Eventually was able to get checked in myself.
