"The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected.
The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. Updates to a handheld shower head and a full length mirror in the rooms along with luggage carts on each floor at the Avenue II would be nice.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay (close proximity to the beach and one free parking spot helped). I would return to stay in the main building. The staff was excellent, courteous and friendly."
