"We checked in with a request for a quiet room as we have a big event the next day. When we checked in we don't feel noise from the sky although it's close to Dulles airport. However, it turns out that the sound insulation is very poor. At night both of us were awakened by big noises next door. I can clearly hear all the talks of our neighbors and the noise from their activities. It's as if all of us are living in one big room. I think there's serious construction deficiencies in this hotel....

"My first time staying here. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and newness of everything. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was plenty and delicious. The pool area was very nice but didn’t open until 11:00 AM and the fitness center had numerous machines and free weights. Overall a great experience and very affordable price. I highly recommend this location/facility!"

"Although we booked a room same day and was able to get a room during the July 4th Holiday, the hotel was not very helpful. When asked about a shuttle for getting to and from airport we were advised yes they did. However the next day when we went to take a shuttle to airport we were told its on the hour, however no one had advised us of this ahead of time when we asked about shuttle options."

"The building has been left to practically crumble, the concrete stairs going to the second floor cracked and uneven, the pillars outside have huge rust holes at the base, the basketball hoop hanging sideways, the pool clearly closed because they don't bother to clean or maintain it. House cleaning never bothered to clean our room and I found a roach in the bathroom. We checked out a day early after that. Die Preise für Lebensmittel, die man bei der Rezeption kaufen kann, sollte man vorher erfragen (11$ für eine Flasche Bier!). Im Erdgeschoss muss mit Kakerlaken rechnen. Die Lounge ist etwas enttäuschend. Der Poolbereich ist ungemütlich aber immerhin gibt es Liegen und das Wasser ist angenehm warm.
