"If you have a with your hip or knees the stairs where a little steep and steps were small. However this is an old building and was expected! The staff are great! The food was excellent! The rooms were clean! I will be going back!"

"Margaret was incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on how to navigate the city and provided excellent suggestions for restaurants. The morning breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was very spacious, the couch was very comfortable and the bed was fantastic. After a full day of walking around Dover, this was a very special retreat. The views are just amazing. We will plan a trip to spend more time with Margaret."

"The property reminded me a lot of the bnb’s that I stayed at in Europe in the 80’s and 90’s. We had a large room with a sitting area and fireplace. John, the proprietor, was wonderful with suggestions for the area. He arranged for transportation to the cruise port for us. The only downside for me was that the bed was harder than I am used to. The White Horse pub around the corner was a great place for food and drink. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it."
