"The check-in staff at the front desk Christine was not very helpful at all. My husband spilled coffee down his shirt and we had tickets to see a show at Sight & Sound at 3:00 p.m. we asked her if we can get into our room a little earlier she told the snow because it was not ready however, we spoke to another woman in housekeeping and she said the room was ready and also we were then told by Christine that all the rooms were ready by 1:00 p.m. we wanted to get in the room between 2:00 and 2:30 p.m. and was not allowed I was even willing to pay extra just so my husband can change his shirt and clean up a little bit. I think the hotel itself is Awesome with a great concept and very clean. It's a shame that you have staff that won't even budge a little to accommodate when she could have and also lied to us."
"This day was OK. The hotel is new so there’s really not much to review because the place is clean.. Rooms are super small though. The first one I was put in the people upstairs must’ve had kids because the walls were like paperthin.. staff was very nice and changed our room which was much quieter"

4/10 Poor
"Inside is truly scary. The lobby is nice, then when you entire the hotel to find your room, it is old and broken down. Scary to walkthrough at night. Front desk lady had mad attitude for no reason. My assigned room had towels on the floor and dirty sheets, and when I requested a new room, I received bad attitude like it’s my fault they didn’t clean the space. Will not be staying there again. The walkway to the rooms had trash and smelled like bleach, the floor is nasty. They sure know how to put up a face in the lobby but it’s like walking through the projects when looking for your room"

2/10 Terrible
"I don’t know how this hotel is still in business. Dirty, no staff, many briken things in room, dirty bathroom, half a roll of toilet paper and no staff to call after 9 pm or before 9 am. Constantly tells people they don’t have rooms for them even when they have confirmation #. Happened to us and we waited 2 hrs for a room. The lobby was full of other people in the same situation. No way this hotel passes any inspection. Impossible. We left 1 day early and went home just to not stay there for even one more night."
