"First the room was clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Andrew was particularly welcoming and sincere. "upon arrival i was presented with disgruntle staff and a lobby full of unsatisfied customers. the system was down so they werent able to check anyone into any rooms, when assigned a room it was with a key card so you had to leave your room unlocked or wedged open due to limited staff with master key cards for the rooms. property was recently renovated so its clean."

"We requested what ingredients were on the seasoned potatoes because the husband is allergic to peppers and he has been able to eat them at any other restaurant but had an allergic reaction and they couldn’t provide that information."

"This was my 3rd stay in this hotel. Each time it has been clean, terrific staff, great breakfast, nice beds etc. This is the best hotel in St.Charles. Also great area to walk to shopping."

"Very far from most popular activities. It was an okay stay but the room had a weird scent, so did the towels and overall everything just appeared dingy. I personally wouldn’t stay here again but it’s most definitely not the worst hotel I ever been in. The breakfast was not bad and the staff were nice."
