"Bathroom was too small, some dude was camped out in the lobby the entire time we were there(3 days), but wasn’t an employee. Also the outer doors did not shut properly leading to us comming down to wide open door to the outside so that any of the transients that where around the hotel (there where many) could have just walked in at anytime. I will more than likely look for an IHG hotel next time and not a Hilton. "

"I made reservations the night before knowing we would arrive after midnight, as our flight had been delayed multiple times. I sent a message through Expedia to let the hotel know we were arriving after midnight. I also tried calling the hotel before leaving but no one picked up. We arrived at 1am at DFW after issues with the plane and getting a rental car, but with time change got to hotel at 3 am. We arrived and were told we were a “no show” because we did not arrive before midnight. They had cancelled the already payed for night. There was no offer to allow us to stay the rest of the night at a different rate or offered any type of apology. The clerk said there was nothing he could do. We were exhausted but not having energy to find another hotel at 330 am ended up driving 3 hours home. Just terribly disappointed in the customer service of this hotel. "

"I had a very disappointing experience staying at this motel. First of all, the place was extremely crowded and noisy, which made it very uncomfortable to relax or rest. The room itself was incredibly small and in very poor condition. It honestly felt neglected and not well maintained at all. What made the experience even worse is that the listing clearly stated that the room included a small refrigerator. I specifically chose this motel because of that detail, but when I arrived, there was no refrigerator in the room at all. This was very misleading and felt like false advertising. When I spoke to the employee at the front desk, he simply told me there was nothing he could do about it and didn’t even try to help or offer any solution. There was no apology, no attempt to fix the issue, and no effort to provide another room or any compensation. Honestly, the least they could do in a situation like this is refund my money or offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience and the misleading information. Customers should not have to deal with false promises and poor service like this. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with overcrowded conditions, poorly maintained rooms, and unhelpful staff. I am still waiting for a response regarding this issue."

"I made a reservation for 2 queen beds and called to tell them my check in time would be 1030 and they okayed that. When I got there there was no more 2 queen beds available and gave us a pull out “roller” bed. Definitely disappointed in that. But everything else was great. We really enjoyed our stay."
