The rooms were clean food was good no complaint the beach was excellent but not enough shade and had to pay for an umbrella from a beach vendor which resort should have supplied the pools were ok over crowded and hard to get seating unless you go down first thing in the morning

We had a great experience at RIU Palace Pacifico. All the staff we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. We were so impressed with the staff and facilities that we’re going to go back next year.

The room was great! The pools were great! Staff was excellent! We had so much fun here for the little time we had. We booked again and can’t wait to enjoy more the amenities - since there is so much to do we are going to stay for longer. I would love to not the 24/7 pantry. It’s such a nice touch ...
