"From the moment we arrived we were treated as very special guests …upgraded room was beautiful, bed was so comfortable & with a sea view, tasteful decor, great shower and bathroom was spacious…always so tidy and clean . The attention to detail of the housekeeping staff was impeccable. As well the servers at the restaurant and pool side were on point. They were always ready to serve you Spoke lovely English… so pleasant ! Thank you for our perfect stay ."

"Everything was excellent. Great staff, amazing food, grounds are immaculate. Full access to estancia and flamingos, and the all inclusive is worth it if you’re staying at Estancia. The restaurant for dinner was quite the experience!"

"We stayed for 5 days, with the breakfast plan. The breakfast buffet was excellent - lots of choice and fruits galore. The staff was attentive and gracious. The rooftop pool/hot tubs were a great draw, always with available seating. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable, with the quiet location leading to great sleeping. Restaurants within walking distance and Uber for the rest. Limited public access to the 5 km of marvellous beach, so ask at the desk! "

"Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. "I didn’t love the cut-throat chair reservations at 6am, also the buffet was good but not good enough to make up for restaurant reservations to be booked out 48 hours, I did like that there were bars that stayed open late but the swimming pools closed way too early. I think they closed at like 7:00, they would try to make up for it with events that were wildly underwhelming. VERY LIMITED room service menu, it was like 5 items and a surcharge.
