"Upon arriving in my hotel room, it was clearly dirty with cup stains everywhere. Shower glass was covered in mildew. No safe or chairs on our patio- clearly they were not ready for us, and that was after us unfortunately showing up late due to a flight cancellation. The staff were friendly and helpful. Pack your own lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc. it was bad. The elevators were horrible - hopefully you’re on a lower floor because you can wait for up to 10 minutes for an elevator to arrive....
