"Very clean. Unique decor. Awesome shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Love the big fluffy pillows.
Could not reach guest services on phone outside of building. Used shuttle to go to zoo, tried 30 minutes to call for pickup but never reached guest services. Please have shuttle drivers provide us with their own number. Had to get an Uber. Very annoying after long hot day.
Or hire remote workers to handle phone calls.
Also ice machines broken on several floors, and only one microwave in...

"The king suite with sofa sleeper room was our room. The mattress on the sofa sleeper has obviously never been replaced but was extremely well used. If you are going to advertise the room as having a sofa sleeper you need to replace the mattresses or just advertise it as a king room with sofa."

"This hotel is run down, smelly, and dirty. Outlets in the room didn’t work and there are basically no amenities at all (no shampoo or conditioner just one little cheap soap bar . It was quiet and the bed wasn’t the most uncomfortable one I’ve slept on but the pillowcases had makeup on them
So we covered the bed with our own towels. Ok if you are trying to find somewhere cheap to just sleep for the night but don’t expect much else. Front desk people were nice and there was plenty of free parking...

"The property was clean. However, be aware that there is no elevator to 2nd floor and the first floor was not ground level. Had to use small set of stairs to get to first floor rooms. No coffee in the room, which is unusual these days. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical continental. It was okay. All in all it was an okay stay. Main thing is it was clean and convenient for a one night stay."

"I was surprised that there were so many extended stay customers, but duh I should have known. It was pretty busy and noisy until 9:30-10:00. But very quiet all night and morning.
Kitchen is not stocked, but front desk had coffee for the coffee maker and spoons.

"We stayed one night, came by late, there did not use the pool. Staff was super friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was great! First place to have ground meat, corn tortillas, onions, shredded cheese, tomatoes, to make tacos. Scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy, slices of watermelon... Staff on duty cleaned up our plates after eating, walked around asking people how everything was... Also handed out chocolate treats."
