"Paying almost $700 for 2 night single person is outrageous. In regards to that I was traveling with family and they knew it but still placed me in a handicapped room on another floor. I am not handicapped but they would not move me to another room. It was very uncomfortable. Seems check in desk are very young and not experienced in customer service. "

From there, you can walk to virtually every happening spot downtown. I loved the lounge, where a brilliant piano player kept the vibe high while we enjoyed the ambience.
