"Couldn’t be better located. Right in the heart of the action around Clarke Quay. And top notch hotel. Only issue was their elevator system going for some repairs that will last for the next three months according to hotel staff. So expect a small delay to go up or down at rush time. Apart from that, perfection."

"Overall a good stay. However, you should improve on the air conditioning at the cafe on the ground floor. Our family were having an afternoon tea break there and it was rather uncomfortable due to the warm temperature."

"Rooms were clean but check in was extremely slow due to what seemed to be understaffing at the time. The shaving mirror in my room was also not screwed properly into the wall and coming off."

"The room & bathroom in particular were not properly cleaned. We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages ! Anyway,we will never book this hotel again the next time we go to Singapore !!!"
