"Clean enough to pass muster. Elevator was malfunctioning for 2nd and 3rd floors, so a lot of stairs were taken, given we were 3rd floor. Traveling with support dog-- never an issue before for ESA animal, but was not allowed free this time. They stated they are following ADA guidelines. So, working dogs allowed, but not ESA dog. Disappointed."

"This was NOT a good stay! The website was down to check in. The lady at the front desk was rude and left me on hold for someone else to assist me. The keys did not work to get in the building. Each time I left out the room to go outside the building, I had to walk around the building. The keys did not work for the entire weekend!!!! "Everything was okay except our blow dryer didn’t work and what sense does it make to open the pool at 10am if checkout if it 11am. That is totally ridiculous and unfair. You should consider all sides and possibly move the swim time up to 8am or 9am."
