"The stars of the hotel are the staff. Friendly, helpful and efficient. They give a very warm welcome. To summarise, a wonderful location, great staff, comfortable beds. A few things have obviously been repaired so do not quite look new, however they all work. (i.e. the shower, which was very good)
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel"

"Overall great experience, only downside was the room wasn’t ready for check in at the check in time so we had to wait about an hour till it was ready. I will say the location was great and the staff was fantastic. They even made us a breakfast to go box on our last day when the flight was before the breakfast"

"I'm a Hilton member and this is my first bad encounter that we experienced in all the other locations we visited over the years.
After sleeping on a broken bed the first night, I woke up with a sore back and it bothered me the whole day.
I advised the staff to switch our room, and the response was unfortunately we are all booked for the night.
