"We were upgraded when we arrived. The room was really clean and so was the hotel in general. Location was great. We arrived at 7 and the underground ground parking was almost all gone. "

"Very disappointed in this stay. Expedia stated daily room service but the hotel stated that it was only every second day. On our 3rd day we came back and our room still wasn’t cleaned, when I called again they tried to tell me it was only cleaned after a 3 day stay. They did however send someone up. But to not even receive clean towels without having to ask is ridiculous. Also there are a lot of construction workers in the hotel who hang out at the entrance smoking weed. The smell of weed throughout the hotel was very evident. I would not recommend this hotel at all. "

"Great location, quiet ground floor room on Saturday even with sports teams staying, like the exit to your car outside your room. Great breakfast."

"Close to downtown, high end food and fast food nearby, pool was kind of lame and no hot tub but the gym was 10/10."
