"Advertising was misleading, there is limited dining, they stop taking meal orders at 16:45, we arrived at 6:30, to find out we couldn’t get dinner, no restaurants in walking distance. Beach is a long ways away, and not private."

"Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored. Common area balcony overlooked the harbor and was a great place to relax during the evenings. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. "

"The only thing that let the property down was the lighting in the bathroom was very low and the shower was cramped with the roof beam running through it so i kept hitting my head other than that excellent and the staff were great."

"From the time we entered the reception, Sofia was amazing, the restaurant staff and checkout personnel also amazing. "I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel. It has an amazingly helpful staff. Tons of great recommendations to see and do. Everything is with a 10 minute walk. The breakfast was fantastic. It had a buffet and a hot breakfast option. The hotel has beach towels and beach umbrellas available. Good parking options as well. Best hotel for the $$. "

It was a perfect choice - seamless check-in, pleasant staff and a comfortable room with hot shower after a long and sticky journey.
