"Front desk staff were extremely sweet and easy to work with. They helped to book our transportations and even our tours. Our rooms were clean and spacious enough for two people I just wish the kitchen had a wider selection of meals The view from the pool was immaculate"

"Brand new hotel - we stayed in early July 2026 about 10 days after it opened. Rooms clean and comfortable - nice breakfast and amazing private beach (deckchair right by the sea). Downsides: Staff members (receptionists) wouldn't make much effort to try and help - even when there was plenty we can do to make our stay more pleasant. Hotel listed as having pool and spa - but these are not currently available though no one bothered to point this out. Rooms are also listed as Kind Bed - but...

"Beautiful historic restored building. Would recommend staying in over the modern part. Restaurants are expensive and minimum spend of 90 euro at pool restaurant if using pool loungers was annoying."

"The Hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The room was well appointed. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. The biggest issue is that the hotel is next to a bar/restaurant but every night played very loud music until 1 AM. The hotel is lovely and a great location. Again the staff was terrific, but unfortunately, I could not recommend because of the terrible noise level and I do think for a four star hotel, they should do something about that and improve the quality of their food."

"The rooms were very spacious and clean. The property was beautiful. A few things to note… The pillows were not down, they were honestly very flat and budget feeling. I didn’t ask for other ones, but I feel like nice pillows should be standard in a 5 star hotel. The beach had a massive shortage of towels (80 towels for a large hotel) people were left waiting an hour or more for clean, fresh towels. "The apartment was beautiful! Two balconies, super clean and got a welcome gift. Drazen our host was outstanding!! Highly recommend a stay at any of D and Sons properties. Also provides csr rental and boat tours!!"

"Hotel palma is a lovely hotel. The breakfast is included and has good variety each day. The bathroom amenities are excellent and the decor of sage green was very nice. "Overpriced and underwhelming. Several hidden charges, including daily residential taxes, insurance and “service charges” which are not disclosed at check in but which you’re billed for at check out (about €20 extra per each day of my stay). You will also need to pay an additional €8 “delivery charge” for room service which is unheard of. Food at the hotel is also very much overpriced and again, not worth it. The only thing going for this property is the view but any other properties on the bay...
