"We were able to check in early without any problems. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The shuttle service to down town was a great benifit. The drivers provided a wealth of information and recomendations on where to eat and what to do on the island. Strongly recomend anyone making their first to the Keys to take advantage of this resort."

"Everything was wonderful except for the fact that they let residential people of Key West use all they meant it is at the hotel for free. I was paying an extra $35 a day resort fee to use the amenities at the hotel. "We were very disappointed this year. Stayed last year and our room was wonderful. This year was a complete disappointment. "This place was wonderful. Spacious room with great view. The bathroom was large and had everything needed. Bed was very comfortable and no issues with anything in the room. Will definitely go back there again. Pool and outside area was clean and beautiful too. "
