"Very nice! Very clean. Rooms are big! Shuttle to and from Duval St every hour was super convenient! Great stay!"

"The only bar at this hotel is at the pool and it is only open from 4 PM to 7 PM every day of the week. I found Tr Ass and empty beer bottles and cigarette butts all around our patio area where the bushes are right outside our door. I personally found this property to be subpar. For you paying more than $300 per night to stay there. The one highlight he did enjoy was the breakfast for it was served quickly by friendly people, especially Lela and Esther."

"Staff was helpful and friendly. Allowed us to check in two hours early without a fee. Restaurant and bar were closed for construction so super limited options on that front but lots of things nearby. Room was quiet, clean & cool. Parking is $12 a day and a resort fee of $25 a day. Free breakfast included. Pool was nice. A few people smoking cigars so I asked the staff to mention something and they did."

"the staff was super nice and helpful. The game room was supposed to be open until 11pm each night and they closed it off completely after two nights of our stay for a "reserved party" that never arrived. It never opened back up so that was a bummer. Everything else was wonderful besides that. Would definitely come back."

"30$ resort fee 20 $ parking fee per day for a shuttle I never used, internet that was subpar and coffee I could get at fraction of the price the juice is not worth the squeeze"

"The oceanfront room we had was very large, towels were sparse, we did not get a parking pass upon check in, breakfast was good but most areas were hard to navigate. Coffee, sausage & potato’s ran out but I didn’t wait for them to be replenished. The hotel sat right next to the airport but it wasn’t an issue. All in all it was a good stay but very pricey."

"Nice hotel. 5 days/4 nights stay. Free parking, but no free breakfast The room came with a fridge and a coffee maker, no microwave. 2 Restaurants in the property, but food is very expensive. Staff at check in don’t even smile at you, when they do it feels forced. Concierges were very nice. The shuttle to Key West is a great feature. One of the two pools was closed. "I have no idea how this hotel got 4.5 stars As we drive in I was like no way then I went in to the lobby and even then I wasn’t sure what was going on then I went in the room and just was shocked!!! I couldn’t even believe the hallway to the room walls, the door of the room and the furniture it was probably 30 + years old !!! I felt like I went in to the dungeon , the elevator wasn’t working we had to bring our luggage to the second floor!!! And I couldn’t even believe myself that I booked this...
