"Emplacement idéal au centre de Toulouse. L'hôtel est dans "son jus". Il est urgent de remplacer la porte de la salle de bain de la chambre 326. Certaines prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un hôtel de ce standing. Par contre, gros point positif, vue sur la place du Capitole et très bonne insonorisation ..."

"Hôtel bien placé, équipé très accueillante. Mais’hôtel très cher pour ce que c’est. Pour le tarif la salle de bain il reste les cheveux des clients précédents dans les toilettes, pas de cafetière ou bouilloire, chambre bien mais au tarif non justifié"
