"Disappointing. This was the worst experience I have had at any Holiday Inn and far below the standards I expect from IHG. Throughout my stay, the Wi-Fi in my room was unreliable, constantly disconnecting. On July 3, breakfast at 9:30 AM was poorly stocked, with almost no fruit, no yogurt, and little food remaining. "Everything was great. The bed was so comfy with pillows and all. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and housekeeping took care of our room while there. Staff was very friendly. We will stay here again next time we come through this area."

"The front desk personnel we're excellent. We knew for the price, it wasn't going to be a great place but our power had gone out and we needed a place to stay. They Have a beautiful bathroom mirror with different light settings and everything but they're there wasn't one towel rack or hook in the bathroom to put a robe or shirt. "Was great to have a mini kitchen in my room, but the refrigerator was not cold and the freezer was not freezing. The freezer was only good enough to be a refrigerator."

"Everything was perfect"

"We found ourselves in need of an overnight stay when our flight was cancelled at the last minute. What I wanted was a place with an airport shuttle, breakfast, and reasonable priced. We got all that plus great service, friendly staff, and a convenient store right across the parking lot. Breakfast was on the high end of continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, fruit. Coffee machine with options (I like mine plain, dark and it was great)."

"The rooms that face the pool seem to have zero insulation from sound. They allow people to hangout in pool or drink by pool throughout the night so it’s very noisy."

"Power outage for almost 24 hours. Could have offered a flashlight or something. Why doesn’t a big hotel have a generator? Continental breakfast selection was awful one day. You have out signs for food and when I asked when are you bringing it out your reply was there isn’t any. Then why is the sign up? I asked at 8:28 and breakfast ends at 9:30. Oh and stain on the top comforter."
