"** READ & AVOID THIS HOTEL ** We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues. We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages."

"Der Aufenthalt war alles in allem gut. Das Hotel erfüllt seinen Zweck, mehr aber auch nicht. Der Zustand des Zimmers war etwas heruntergekommen (Kaputter Boden, Vorhänge und Badezimmer nicht mehr das neueste). Die Betten waren jedoch frisch und von der Ausstattung hatte das Hotelzimmer alles, was man benötigt. Auch den Fluglärm hat man fast gar nicht bemerkt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Der Mitarbeiter beim Check-In war freundlich. Der Mitarbeiter beim Check-Out verhielt sich etwas seltsam....

"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."
