"Great hotel airport. Friendly and helpful staff on the front desk and bar. Shuttle service to the airport takes about 20-25 minutes, and was very punctual for our early flight. Buffet breakfast from 6am with lots of choice. Comfortable bed and good shower."

"Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn in der Beschreibung erwähnt worden wäre, dass die Zimmer keine Fenster besitzen. Das war ein großes Minus. Keine frische Luft, nur per Klimaanlage belüftet. Sehr hellhöriges Gebäude. Extrem kleine Zimmer. Kein Schrank (nur ein Bettkasten). Das Zimmer bestand ungelogen nur aus dem Bett. Im Bad war es immer kalt, keine Möglichkeit der Temparaturregulierung. Aus dem Abfluss roch es permanent nach Gülle. Keine tägliche Reinigung.

"Very nice room (especially loved the bathroom design!) We paid for breakfast, which was a good buffet with a big selection (cold and hot), the hotel is not near any cafes so it is worth adding breakfast. We loved the pool/sauna/steam room with a view of the lake. We would definitely stay again and hire the hotel bikes to cycle into Utrecht (it's also easy on the bus to get there from the centre).
