"The hotel & spa is out of business. I arrived and everything looked abandoned. I tried calling the number on the door, no one answered. I went to the restaurant down the block who is under construction. They helped me figure out where I was supposed to go. About a mile away, I went into this building, and the lady showed me where the building and room was. There were no stores or restaurants nearby. I was by myself and did not feel comfortable leaving my room. You need to look into this...

"I saw some pretty horrific reviews of this place and got scared that i was going to show up and have to immediately leave. HOW WRONG THEY WERE!! This ppace is quaint and a little older, but it was clean and comfortable and safe. The only thing that i would complain about is that there is O marina view. Idk where they took those pictures, but it wasnt this hotel lol i had a giant tree in front of my window and coulsnt see anything. There may be ONE room that can see the marina in the whole...

"This was a beautiful property about a mile and a half outside of town, so it was very peaceful. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful. The room was clean and comfortable, and even had generous bathrobes too use. I would stay here again the next time I am on San Juan Island!"

"Deer Harbor is Awesome! And the Deer Harbor Inn is a great place to stay! Once we had the key code for our room we found a cozy, inviting environment. We turned on the fireplace/heater and warmed it up. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well lit. The parking was right behind the building and we could see our car from our room which was nice."

"Both the sink and bathtub were over flowing, did not drain properly. Towels had stains on them. The blankets felt very thin and had a distinctive scent. The carpet looks like it has never been vacuum or cleaned properly. The TV had issue turning on. We had to manually reset the TV for it to work. The carpets and walls in the hallways look outdated. All of our previous hotels allow us to check in early, they told us check in was at 3pm."
