"Everything really good at this hotel, except the bed. Since all we used the hotel for was an overnight stay on our hitting the road again, getting a good nights sleep was important. Mattress was very uncomfortable and might have been a foam because we were sweating on the bottom, chilly on the top. We had to turn constantly through the night, due to heat issue and because overall the mattress was not comfortable. We woke tired, and our body out of sorts. Change the mattress and we’d come back in a heartbeat when we come to Siloam Springs again. "

Took 5 minutes for the receptionist to arrive and he was not dressed appropriately for doing business. I did not provide a card and hope that it does not show up on my statement.
