"Beautiful interior and grounds! Very convenient location to restaurants and shopping but with a lot of car noise. The only negative was the lack of a coffee pot in the room. Plenty of coffee pods and sugar but no pot."

"i really enjoyed my stay at the hampton. i’d say my only problem with the stay was that i arrived after my check in time and the front desk person told me i still had to wait for my room. however, it was easily fixed and i only had to wait like 10 minutes maybe. so it wasn’t a huge deal. other than that, it was a great time. the lobby was so nice and fancy looking, it looked inviting and it made me want to lounge for a bit. the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the AC was nice and cool when...

"The staff did a great job making sure we were comfortable, which we truly appreciated. The rooms are spacious, but they appear to be in need of refurbishing. For example, the tile in the bathroom was broken, likely from previous guests, and the overall condition suggests maintenance is overdue. The layout of the bathroom was also a bit inconvenient—it was difficult to get in and out of the shower when someone was using the mirror area. Additionally, the hallway had a bag of trash at the end,...

"I have to say room were not that clean, odor of not being clean. Bed spread with holes and black stains As far as breakfadt run out of juice, poor taken care of small cafeteria, not alof of vararity."

"Everything was really nice and going well till we didn't get help with cleaning the room. We had to discover the room didn't get cleaned after being out all day. Staff didn't bother to say anything till approached for toilet paper and towels. Other family stayed and got service, don't understand what happened for us."

"The room itself was very clean. The ac unit was on the opposite side of the room from the bed so it was a bit warm at night. But the ac eventually caught up and kept the room cool. The staff was friendly at check in. Breakfast was one of the better complimentary ones I’ve had this year. Hotel as a whole was humid and mosquitos were a nuisance. But overall good."

"This has to be the worst place to stay in Las Cruces, the only reason we went was to use the pool and it was closed. The staff all had an attitude of it wasn't there fault and no management on site from Thursday to Sunday. They offer a business center that had no ink and when staff was asked to replace they said the ink was locked in managers office. We never got 1 day of room service and had to call for towels, toilet paper and trash bags daily. The cost of this run down hotel is not worth it....
