"Beautiful location, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was appalling. Very very dated, clearly not maintained at all. Paper and paint flaking from the walls and ceiling. Furniture is tatty and battered. The bathroom was horrendous, shower curtain (why is that even a thing in 2026) was covered ..."
