"Price: The motel charged me $84 despite expedia’s $76 with tax that shows the motel admin charged me their rate ignoring expedia fare that never happened to me before. Take action! Security deposit: $50 deposit was charged in cash not from my credit card referring policy. What if I didn’t have cash? They placed an ATM machine so guests could withdraw money for a $10 fee earning to the motel - smart way to earn more money. Or maybe save the bank cost or not being highly knowledgeable to charged...

"Love the location! The hotel is central to the many neighborhoods in the city. It’s about a 15 min walk to the train station, about a 30 min walk to Inner Harbor. The staff were great and were able to accommodate us checking in early. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, there’s a bar, serve breakfast, and a speakeasy! Overall, a great experience at the hotel!"

"It was ok. The valet staff was very good. The front desk was nice on the way in. I called down later to ask whether they had any non-down, thinner pillows. She answered and said “hang on a minute” and then proceeded to talk to someone else in my ear about other stuff and then seemed really confused about what I meant about the pillow, and then said she’d have someone look into it. I was pretty sure nobody was coming and they never did. I used a folded towel for a pillow."

"Came in for the Cardi B concert. The staff were very nice and helpful from the beginning. The lobby and room was beautiful! The breakfast was hot and good! I would deff stay again, it was so close to the CFG area! Thank you to Kevin and Shaktira (sorry if spelled wrong). They were soooo pleasant and welcoming! "

"Extremely disappointed. The room key never worked so I could only get in the room if the clerk let me in. But the clerk was nice enough to come let me in the room. The toilet flush lever was broken off so I had to open the tank and reach into the watertank to pull up the flapper valve to flush the toilet. The HVAC unit was plugged into an outlet laying on the floor with conduit into the wall. The outlet did not have a cover, so it would be possible to reach past the plug into the box and touch...

"I have stayed at this hotel for several years until 2 years ago. Now, I find that it has completely gone downhill. There are homeless people living in the hotel. On my most last 3 stays this year, I experienced a mouse crawling up my pant leg, a roch crawling on the shower curtain, wall paper torn on the wall, light bulb missing in the lamp and fabric torn of the chair. During my first visit this year none of the ice machines worked. During my most recent visit on 4/5/26, there where people...
