"Had a great stay. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, room wasn’t ready until 4:50pm. Host was very nice and apologetic and offered a late checkout on our last day for the inconvenience. We will be back. :) thank you"

"Dirty common areas. Our AC in our room was broken, and upon entry to the room it was extremely uncomfortably hot. Unfriendly and rushing staff. Not a great experience, and ultimately a big regret when so hot and uncomfortable all night."

"The beds were very very comfortable....the room was huge....the free breakfast was complete with the fixings including scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes,etc........included all natural Greek yogurt... Truly complete experience....the 8th floor had a tremendous outdoor deck that had the best view of the space needle"

"The room was very clean, quiet, spacious. Great location and less expensive than the hotel across the street. One of two elevators was out of order. There is only complimentary coffee before 7 am. After that you have to pay at the expensive cafe. "

"The hotel was an incredible value and within walking distance of amazing restaurants and sightseein. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful finding my phone charger, calling for a car that was cheaper to get to airport, offering to store bags, kind and attentive, professional. I’d stay here again for sure! Such a comfortable place to stay!"
