"While the townhouse itself was nice and new, we had some concerns with the state of the cleanliness. I don't think the cleaner is very thorough - on arrival "

"Room served its purpose. Smelled a bit musty. Good location with free street parking. Clean and tidy. "

"Clean room, parking and amazing site .Close to mall"

"Unusual communication from the start. Booked through expedia, host was listed as Mei but actually a third party company made contact AFTER the free cancellation period asking for a large deposit. This was highly Unusual but I did my due diligence and they were a real company. On checkout it was confirmed I'd receive my deposit but it has taken well over a month to finally receive the funds. "Took an hour for key to be located, then someone else in our room! Was double booked! Wasn’t even the accommodation that was advertised. No other accommodation available in Auckland, nearest we could get was Huntly! No assistance finding somewhere. Absolutely worst experience ever. Don’t stay here, nightmare"

"Great location for getting to the mall and train station. Being next to an auto shop is not an issue at all. Doesn't come with parking but there are a few on the street and it was free 6pm to 9am. Apartment has everything you need. It's quite a dark cave type space with not much natural light so is good for people like us that were onky there at night. Not somewhere you'd hang out during the day."

"Always a pleasure to stay"

"Excellent location and easy to access. Comfortable and clean beds, light and airy rooms and living spaces. Hope to stay again. "
