"Excellent hotel, We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Staff are exceptional & The choice and quality of food & beverages makes this the best all inclusive we have ever stayed in. Andrew und Abdullah im Concierge Bereich, aber auch die anderen sehr zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit, auch konnten Sie alles sehr gut organisieren. Der Empfang sehr professionell und sehr freundlich. "Immaculate hotel!! Pool is lovely and clean. For the very start of your stay, the gentleman that greet u at the door and the concierge are sooo helpful and always smiling, they are all fabulous but and I specifically remember misbah who is soooo helpful always The food does need some improvement especially the room service overnight if I really had to critique soemthing.
