"This was our first trip to Dubai, to celebrate our 35th anniversary. Staff was amazing, and kind from day 1. Breakfast is bountiful with buffets for every taste. The pool on the 64th floor has a fabulous view on the Burj Khalifa and the city. The hotel is clean and nights are quiet, we never heard any noise from the other rooms or hallway. The bed was very comfortable! We highly recommend the hotel, and cannot praise the fabulous staff enough."

"The property and the room were excellent overall. However, our experience was affected by a few service issues. We experienced a power outage that lasted around 45 minutes, and it took quite a while for the engineer to arrive and resolve the issue. Additionally, the staff was very slow to respond to requests. We checked in late, around 1:00 AM after our flight, and requested an extra bed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t provided until around 3:00 AM, which meant we couldn’t get to sleep until much...

"Wonderful central location. Near Metro line so we were able to get around. The hotel has a lot of eateries around it too. Great view from the bar on the rooftop. Staff were very helpful. Our room was quiet."
