"Room was great. Room service food was just okay. The Japanese restaurant was terrible, but the pub restaurant was above average. The society restaurant was poor, but the pool and the staff were great!"

"My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Ciel Hotel Dubai. The overall experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
