"First of all, I will give this hotel 10/10 for their customer service. The staff ensures the guests feel at home. I will give a shout-out to Manager Noel, Guest servic- desk associate Mona Lisa, and Simon the bell man. They were very tremendous in assisting us during the Strikes of the gulf War. The ensure guests are well situated even for those who have run out of funds."
"Honestly, I could not fault a single element of the hotel. Everything about the resort is spot on. The restaurant staff were fantastic, the pool and beach teams were attentive and friendly, concierge and reception were incredibly helpful, and even the spa staff were wonderful. The service across the board was exceptional. We stayed all inclusive and the choice was endless not your standard buffet style."
