"The hotel itself was great. Room and amenities very good. However, my credit card was charged for the room cost even though I had already prepaid on Expedia. I queried this and was told it was a mistake and would be refunded. Still waiting after 2 weeks. Hotel state they have refunded it, bank categorically state that they have not refunded it. Most worrying part is that I never left my credit card details with the hotel. I paid the resort tax via contactless payment so the hotel have somehow...

"I had a wonderful stay at the Al Bandar Rotana Dubai Creek. The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. From the moment you arrive, you can notice the attention to detail and the high standards of the property.
